Meet Siobhan

Siobhan Connolly is a Licensed Conveyancer and senior legal leader with over two decades of experience in residential conveyancing, regulatory compliance and operational management. Joining Lifetime Solicitors as Director and Head of Conveyancing, she brings a proven track record in leading high‑performing teams, strengthening governance frameworks and delivering consistently high‑quality, compliant client service.

Siobhan has held senior roles across major UK conveyancing groups, including Director‑level positions overseeing technical standards, client service, training and risk management. She also plays a national role in shaping professional standards in Conveyancing qualifications as Chair of the Conveyancing & Probate Apprenticeship Trailblazer.

Known for her calm leadership, commercial insight and commitment to excellence, Siobhan combines hands‑on conveyancing expertise with strategic vision to drive performance, quality and client confidence.

In her spare time Siobhan loves walking her dog around Rutland Water where she lives and is taking an active part in project managing the renovation of her home.
